MedCE Hub

About MedCE Hub

A free directory of continuing-education conferences and state renewal rules for US clinicians, built by an independent editorial team. Every entry links to the official page it came from.

01 What the site does

What the site does

Clinicians who hold a license have two recurring questions: how many CE hours their state wants before the next renewal, and where to earn them. The answers usually sit on a dozen different websites. We put both on one page per state and per profession.

Right now the directory lists 492 upcoming meetings from 453 conference series and 803 state renewal rules for 14 professions, from physicians and nurses to veterinarians, dentists, psychologists and counselors.

02 Who runs MedCE Hub

Who runs MedCE Hub

MedCE Hub is built and run by its editorial team, a small independent group of developers and editors. No medical society, accreditor, licensing board or course seller owns us or tells us what to publish.

The work itself is unglamorous. We read conference programs and registration pages, board rules and state codes, then put what they say into one consistent structure: dates, credits, fees, hours, deadlines. Every entry keeps a link to the page it came from and the date we last compared the two.

We are not clinicians or lawyers, and we don't pretend to be. Our job is to find the official answer, keep it current and make it quick to check. If something here is wrong, we want to hear about it.

03 Who it is for

Who it is for

Physicians, PAs, nurses and nurse practitioners, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, dentists and dental hygienists, veterinarians and veterinary technicians, psychologists, social workers, counselors and marriage and family therapists.

It is also useful for CE coordinators and practice managers who plan education budgets for a team licensed in several states.

04 What we are not

What we are not

We are not a licensing board, an accreditor or a conference organizer, and we are not affiliated with any of them. A listing here does not mean a meeting is approved for your license. Your board has the final word, so each rule page links to the board or statute it summarizes.

Nothing on this site is medical or legal advice.

05 How the site is paid for

How the site is paid for

Listings are free for organizers and the site is free for readers. No organizer pays to be listed, and no one can pay for a higher position in search results or rankings. If that ever changes for any part of the site, paid placements will be labeled on the page where they appear.
