- Usage statistics through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, how you reached the site, and clicks such as searches or visits to a conference's official page. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.
- What you type into our forms (add a conference, corrections and removal): your name, email address and message.
- A keyed hash of your IP address when you send a form, used only to limit spam.
- Saved meetings stay in your own browser's local storage. We never receive that list.

How we use it
Statistics show us which pages are useful and what to improve. Form messages are used to answer you and to correct the directory, and they reach the editorial team through a private Telegram channel.
We do not sell personal data, we do not run ads, and we have not enabled Google's advertising features or data sharing for this site.

Your choices
Visitors in Europe are asked first: Google Analytics does not load, and nothing is sent to Google, unless you accept. Anyone can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by clearing cookies.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the corrections form and choose the matching request. We reply by email within 30 days.

How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep the directory accurate, and you can ask us to delete them.
