Organizers cannot pay to be listed or to rank higher. The order of meetings on our pages depends on dates, distance and the filters a reader picks. Sponsors of a meeting, if the organizer discloses them, are shown as part of the listing and do not influence it.
When an organizer states that a meeting has no commercial support, we show that statement and link to it. We do not add our own judgment about industry influence.
02 Who writes the pages
Who writes the pages
Pages are signed by the Editorial Desk. Rule summaries and guides describe what official sources say; they are not written by, and do not stand in for, a licensed clinician or a lawyer. When a rule is ambiguous, we quote the source and tell you to confirm with the board.
03 Use of software and AI
Use of software and AI
We use software, including AI tools, to find candidate sources, extract dates and fees from long programs, and draft summaries. Nothing is published on that basis alone. Each fact is compared with the official source before it goes live, and the page links to that source so readers can check it too.
We do not use AI to invent biographies, quotes, reviews or numbers.
04 Corrections
Corrections
Anyone can report an error through the corrections form. Please include the page, what is wrong and a link to the official source that shows the correct fact. We check the source, fix the entry, update its 'checked' date and reply by email, at the latest within 30 days.
If we disagree because the official source still says otherwise, we reply with the link and keep the entry as it is.
05 Removal of personal information
Removal of personal information
Speakers and other people appear here only because a meeting program named them. If you want your profile changed or removed, use the same form and choose 'Remove information about me'. We remove or reduce the profile; the public program of the meeting is not ours to change.
