2027 AAAAI Annual Meeting
01 Overview
The 2027 AAAAI Annual Meeting runs February 19 to 22, 2027, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The program combines plenaries, a keynote, workshops with hands-on skills, demonstration stations and poster and oral abstract sessions; the basic-science conference Discovery 2027 runs alongside it on February 18 to 20.
In-person attendees can earn up to 38.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, and pharmacists up to 23.75 knowledge-based CPE contact hours; recorded content stays available for credit through December 31, 2027. Members pay $570 through January 6, 2027 ($720 after), non-member physicians $820 ($970 after), and non-member nurses, NPs and PAs $500 ($600 after). Plenary topics include seafood allergy, patient-centered food allergy care, biologic non-response and machine learning in diagnostics.
