2026 AAPM&R Annual Assembly
01 Overview
The 2026 AAPM&R Annual Assembly is a four-day meeting for physiatrists in Orlando, Florida, at the Orange County Convention Center, opening with the Job and Fellowship Fair on Wednesday, November 11 and ending with the business meeting on Saturday, November 14. It can be attended in person or virtually, with one year of on-demand access included.
AAPM&R states attendees can earn up to 117 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, counting symposia access after the Assembly. Early-bird rates ended September 9, 2026; standard and onsite full registration is $1,225 for physiatrist members, $1,725 for non-member physicians and $950 for member advanced practice providers ($1,050 non-member), with lower resident and student rates. Member and non-member APP rates are listed separately; in our table np_pa shows the member rate. Pre-conference courses, skills labs and the PM&R Party cost extra.
