APACVS 46th Annual Meeting

The 46th Annual Meeting of the Association of Physician Associates in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery runs June 3 to 6, 2027, at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. Plenary tracks cover cardiac, congenital, thoracic and vascular surgery, critical care and CTV pharmacology, alongside a three-day Cardiac First Assist Course, a three-day Critical Care Boot Camp and a hands-on cardiac anatomy course.

The didactic sessions carry 22 hours of live CME and 52 hours in total with post-meeting access. Registration for them costs $550 for PA, NP, MD and DO members and $725 for non-members; residents, students and RNs pay $325 or $475. The hands-on courses are booked separately ($650 to $925). Early registration ends May 1, 2027, which is also the last day for refunds, less a $100 fee.

The group rate at the host hotel is $189 per night until May 12, 2027. Attendees who do not stay at least three nights at the hotel pay a $200 surcharge to receive their CME certificate and post-meeting lecture access. Abstracts are due December 1, 2026.
