HOPA Annual Conference 2027

The 2027 HOPA Annual Conference of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association takes place March 31 to April 2, 2027, in St. Louis, Missouri. It brings together hematology/oncology pharmacists, residents and other members of the cancer care team for three days of education, research posters and networking.

HOPA says the full agenda and event website follow in the fall and registration opens in early December 2026. The meeting is at the America's Center Convention Complex, and HOPA promises more than 30 credit hours of continuing education; the credit type, exact hours and fees have not been published yet. The call for research abstracts is open, with late-breaking and trainee abstract calls following.
