Max 15 h from employing-agency presenters; at least 20 h from offerings not presented by the licensee.

- First two CE bienniums: licensee submits the recording form and all certificates with the renewal; afterwards random audit (27CSR10 s.3.2-3.3).

- From the third biennium, random audits (documents within 15 working days); automatic audit after a prior non-compliance; keep records 6 years.
