Heart Rhythm 2027 takes place May 13 to 16, 2027, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The meeting covers the full breadth of cardiac electrophysiology, from clinical EP to new technology.
Registration and the official hotel block open to the public on December 1, 2026; HRS members get earlier hotel access from November 17. The block includes 21 hotels at negotiated rates of $230 to $475 per night, with shuttles to Moscone Center. Early-bird registration rates end February 9, 2027. The call for abstracts is open until December 16.
