01 Overview

The iaedp Foundation holds its 2027 Annual Global Symposium February 18 to 20, 2027, at the Marriott Marquis Chicago. The theme is "From Evidence to Implementation: Closing the Research-Practice Gap." Optional workshops carry their own CE counts: the Body Project and two temperament-based and DBT workshops are 6 CEs each, and an evening panel is 1.5 CEs. A Level 2 temperament-based therapy training (18 CEs) follows at a separate venue.

US in-person rates are $750 for members and $975 for non-members through January 10, 2027. They rise to $900 and $1,225 until February 12, and to $950 and $1,275 on site. Students pay $500 to $675. Single-practitioner practices get lower rates, and international attendees pay by country zone.

Guest registrations include no CE. For the 2026 symposium the foundation offered social work CE through ASWB, plus ACCME and dietitian (CDR) credit. The full 2027 accreditation statement, including any APA or NBCC credit, is not on the 2027 page yet.
