2026 WVVMA Annual Meeting
01 Overview
The West Virginia VMA's 2026 Annual Meeting runs November 6 to 8, 2026, at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs. Registration has separate categories for veterinarians, retired members and recent graduates, students, and veterinary technicians.
Current (post-October 15) rates are $185 for technician members and $225 for non-member technicians or office staff; full-conference veterinarians pay $380 as members or $530 as non-members, with Saturday/Sunday options. The hotel block closed on October 1, 2026.
