01 Overview
ASHP's 2026 Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition runs December 6 to 9, 2026, in Orlando, with sessions at the Orange County Convention Center West Building. ASHP expects more than 20,000 pharmacists, technicians, students and industry representatives for clinical education, the exhibition, poster sessions, the Personnel Placement Service and the residency showcase.
ASHP is an ACPE-accredited provider. Pharmacists can earn up to 23.25 contact hours and pharmacy technicians up to 20.75 contact hours; technician sessions carry a "T" in the ACPE number. Board certification clinical sessions and intensive studies are sold as separate $60 recertification packages, and posters carry no CE.
Member full registration is $915 through November 6 and $1,015 from November 7; non-members pay $1,315 and $1,415. Pharmacy technician members pay $375 ($410 from November 7). One-day passes are $425 for members and $625 for non-members. The ASHP hotel block closes November 12, and no refunds are given after November 13, 2026.
